This is a 34 year-old woman who presented to our practice after undergoing a breast augmentation (subglandular) and subsequent right breast capsular contracture. She underwent right breast total capsulectomy, implant exchange with a 375cc smooth round moderate silicone implant in the submuscular plane with biologic mesh placement and a mastopexy. Left breast implant exchange with a 375cc smooth round moderate silicone implant and a mastopexy.
