April 1, 2026: Ira L. Savetsky, MD PLLC is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of its patients’ information. On January 14, 2026 we discovered an employee email account had been compromised. Upon discovery we engaged cybersecurity specialists to investigate the nature and scope of the incident. We also notified law enforcement as part of our response.
As part of the ongoing investigation, it was determined that certain PII and PHI may have been accessed or acquired without authorization. We are conducting a thorough investigation to identify what information may have been involved in the data set. Individuals whose protected health information is identified as being contained in the data set will be contacted directly with information and resources. Any updates will be posted on this page.
